This was a very large ecological/landscape restoration project, involving a lot of invasive plant removal and plant installation. At the beginning of the project, invasive plants such as Oriental Bittersweet, Bush Honeysuckle, and Glossy Buckthorn made this area look like a mess, and greatly reduced the ecological productivity. These invasive plants got removed by root, and native wildflowers got installed. The native wildflowers add aesthetic beauty and attract pollinators, other insects, and birds to the landscape.
ATKINSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE:
This project involved a removal of a section of lawn, undesirable looking weeds, invasive plants including Poison Ivy, and a small tree. Also, a Hydrangea was transplanted. The client wanted us to remove everything that degraded the appearance of the landscape. This opened up space for the client to do the plantings herself.
WEST NEWBURY, MASSACHUSETTS:
At the start of this project, Pokeweed, Poison Ivy, Bush Honeysuckle, Oriental Bittersweet, and other invasive plants and weeds crowded over an area the client wanted to turn into a garden. We removed all these plants by root, preventing them from coming back. This opened up plenty of space for the client to put in whatever plants she wanted. Now, she enjoys a beautiful weed-free garden.
If your landscape is not what you want it to be, we can fix it. Often times, landscapes here in the Northeast get overgrown to the point where it is a challenge to vision what you want the landscape to look like. If your landscape is in this condition, we have the solution.
