HOW WE DO IT
To make a long term solution for your property, we first look for things that could become a problem. The most common problem we work with is invasive plants. Removing invasive plants and staying on top of them is key to preventing their return. After this, establishing native plants will keep them at bay, while creating productive wildlife habitat in the form of an aesthetically pleasing landscape.

THE INVASIVE PLANT CRISIS
Invasive plants are one of the biggest threats to your landscape. Invasive plants are defined as non-native plants that cause harm economically, to the environment, or to human health. They spread rapidly and often out compete native plants. Since invasive plants do not provide the same ecological function as native plants do, their ability to out compete native plants poses a threat to our landscapes and ecosystems in the northeast. Aesthetically, invasive plants tend to be a major eyesore in landscapes. Invasive plants can harm trees causing them to fall, and in some cases structural damage to your house. If you have invasive plants on your property, it is important to get rid of them. Leaving them will allow them them to spread further and cause more damage.
